Installation is easy on both types of signs. The plastic sign of course, is much easy to install and handle. A plastic sign has fewer chances to get scratched or damaged during transport. It is a light and flexible product and only gets half bent or crushed in rare cases. All the signs come in a good package with protectors of corners when required and with air pillows for its prevention.
