Is Your Advertising on Hold?

Do you advertise your business at every opportunity? There are many avenues to build brand awareness beyond traditional media. Some of them are right there in front of your face. Focus and you can see them.

The back of your business card is a miniature billboard waiting for your ad. You can say as much there as you can on a real billboard. If you use outdoor in your media mix, you can recreate an existing board in miniature.

The bottom of your monthly statement is a great place for a two line reinforcer. Grocery stores print coupons from others on the back of the cash register receipts. Don't let any white space get away.

The telephone hold button is one of the least used advertising resources. The audience is captive. They are just sitting there listening and waiting for something to happen.Waiting for you to sell them something

When you put commercials on the hold button, you control the content. You can change them easily, as often as every day, and the equipment is inexpensive. Ads on hold is a no-brainer.

Just like your business card is a miniature billboard, your hold button is a miniature radio station. Use quickie commercials. Ten seconds, tops. You can write them yourself at lunch. Record them yourself, too, or get the mouth down at the radio station to do them for you.

Separate your commercials with some real low key, royalty paid, music.(stay away from barking dogs in harmony).

A search of the Internet will show you hundreds of people who sell the simple equipment to put commercials on hold. There are several companies that will turn key the process for you, for a fee.

"ask us about our holiday specials" is a whole lot better than "Your call is very important to us"!
