Make a Note - Promotional Block Pads

There's nothing more frustrating than needing to write down an important piece of information right now, and not being able to find a piece of paper to write it on. Nobody thinks to go out and buy scratch paper, but everyone needs it. This is why block pads are such an ideal promotional item.

What could be more helpful than to give someone something they will always need, but won't think to buy on their own? Block pads are the perfect resource for doing exactly that. Giving a gift that everyone needs puts you, the giver, in a position where someone is grateful to you every time they go to write down a phone number or jot down directions, and have a perfectly sized piece of paper at their fingertips to do it on. Your benefit is that your logo or brand is printed in vivid lettering on the sides and across the top of the block pad, so every time they need a service and it is there, they will be reminded of you.

Promotional block pads are self contained pads of several hundred sheets of scratch paper that sit on many people's desks. They usually come in cubes, but not always. They can be rectangular, circular, heart-shaped, oval, star-shaped, house-shaped, or a variety of other specialty shapes, but what they have in common is that they are a compressed stack of paper. One stack, whatever the shape, usually lasts several months, maybe even a year, in which customers and clients-and their customers and clients-will be exposed to your brand all day every day. Promotionally speaking, this is long enough for your customer to grow used to seeing your logo every day, and short enough that they will look forward to further interactions with you when they come close to running out of your paper.

Promotional block pads come in a variety of sizes as well as shapes. You can get short stack of 280 sheets, a larger one of 500 sheets, or an in-between size of 400 or 450 sheets. Some go as high as 800 sheets per block.

Promotional block pads are also quite inexpensive and fit well within any marketing budget. There is usually a small one-time charge to set up your logo, but after that you can order promotional block pads by the hundreds or even the thousands at an affordable rate. The least expensive style is having the sides printed with one colour and no logo printed on the sheets themselves, but with an only slightly greater charge you can get multiple colours and your logo on every piece of paper.

You can get promotional block pads with accessories that can also bear your logo, such as block pad holders, desktop calendars, and pen and pencil cups. Some companies even offer a little easel on which you can mount the block pad vertically or diagonally, making it easier to find on your desk and more accessible for jotting down notes.
