Keep records of your phone calls and measure the results of your ads, one of the best ways to know how many calls are coming from a particular ad is to put a unique code in your ad, which must be quoted to qualify for the discount or special promotion being offered. This will tell you exactly how many enquiries are being created from a particular ad and you will then be able to assess the effectiveness of your adverts.

4. Make sure you always include the benefits of your products or services in all of your advertising, when people are reading your ads the only thing going through their mind is "what is in it for me" you need to be communicating the benefits that your readers will get or feel from your products or service. The fact that your product lasts for 10 years is one thing but you need to tell your reader that they will save money and have no worries about having to replace the product within the next 10 years. Saving money and having no worries are the benefits that they will get.

Advertising works, especially when you put some thought into it, if you apply these simple strategies in your advertising it will make a big difference to your responses.
