This means that direct mail distribution is a value for money way of promoting companies and services, with the most minimal of effort. There is doormat impact with door to door distribution. This is when the company's promotion is delivered direct to potential customers homes, which allows this type of distribution to be unique. There is also a large amount of flexibility with it. As long as the promotion can fit through a letter box, there are many creative and design approaches that can be achieved. The main distributed can be in the form of letter, leaflets, postcards or brochures with as much colour and illustration to suit any company's budget so there are no right and wrongs.

Some of the main benefits of direct mail distribution can be that it can create brand recognition and loyalty from the customers and it can also develop greater visibility for your products and services. Additionally, direct mail distribution can reach companies most valuable customers that might not have been reached before. There are many advantages of door to door distribution for any type of company wanting to increase their customer base and evidently, their sales.
